SQ Karts

Postby Guyana Racer » Thu Sep 24, 2009 7:54 am

In Guyana, South America, we just got a few shipments of SQ karts. The two-strokes are fantastic, but the started goes bad really fast. The Four Stroke on the other hand just doesn't have the kick i want. I pretty much cant afford any other chassis, so i'm wandering whether its worth buying the fourstroke and then changing the engine, and if so what engine would be best, or buy the two-stroke.
I want to eventually get a sponsor and move up to shifter karts. Need some help! Thanks!

Hi GR,

I guess u posted ur questions on the wrong forum.

Do an introduction of yourself in the INTRODUCTION THREAD topic12.html and you will get more responses on how best to start your hobby.

My advise is get what is common in your country so spare parts will not be an issue or too expensive or too long to wait for! Since you are new, any decent basic set up will do but get a reliable chassis/engine combo especially the engine!

Have a great day! Buenous Diaz!

Why have 300hp when you cannot handle a kart's 30hp?
