Hasif Won the seniors followed by newcomer Desmond Khoo, and in third was Raj defending to the line from David Turner.

Timothy Yeo beat Daniel Woodroof in the Juniors, and in the Cadets Adam Muqri had an easy win ;).

KKS Round 1: Cadet 1, Formula Junior 2, 125 Open 8. Total entries 11. I think that says it all.

Well it doesn't say it all. It does say that the entries were dismal ;).

Let's not be too despondant yet. The early year races often have poor entries and we only got the regs less than 2 weeks before. We probably need a change of engine rules for cadets but I'm still hopeful for juniors/seniors in later rounds.

The good news is that in the seniors the racing was great, despite the small field :-)

Yes, nice pics Mikko. Looking forward to seeing a few more if you have any.

I agree with John, whilst the field was small, the racing was good, and hopefully good to watch as well?!

Thanks to KKS for putting on the event. Lets not forget these guys give up their weekends to make it happen.

Dave,

Tough luck for your finals.....

Just to add to the above - I do think most of the marshals get some small fee for their time.....but of course, without them, the racing stops PERIOD.

I guess the lack in numbers is because, CNY is one week away. Let's hope for a bigger field in the following rounds!
Why have 300hp when you cannot handle a kart's 30hp?
