Hi there, I think the reason you haven't gotten many responses is because setup always depends.. there is no magic setup ;). Your seat position is very important and effects your setup as does your general build - are you heavy or do you have a lot of led on the kart? I can let you know my seat measurements later if you like... here is a basic starting setup that works for me in Malaysia on a 2008 Intrepid Cruiser when the track has a little bit of grip already (and hot conditions always here).

Tyres: Mojo D2
Front track: 1.5cm spacers on the front using the standard front hubs, standard ph2 stub axles, and Douglas mag rims.
Front torsion bar: teflon.
Side Torsion Bar: Out
Rear Torsion Bar: Out
Front alignment: start at 0mm to 3mm toe-out, camber about 2mm positive and ackerman at the standard settings.
Ride Height: Middle front and back.
Rear Track: 1390 with standard hubs.
Axle: T2 (standard)
