It is located at Jurong West at the FICO Sports Hub
www.ficosports.com

I heard the rate for fun karts will be S$30 for 10 min. Cheaper than kartworld.

I think it will open around mid of July.

You can be a member, as in a member of KRAS. A member gets more track time to ride their own karts there. I think storage facilities for karts is also avaliable for members.

A relatively large number of Singapore based karters are at Plentong.

How about Tuas?
Keith is quite open to allow karters use the Tuas track if there's enough heads though.

I was initially very keen about the track before it was launched but having visited the location, the three biggest "headaches" for me have been:

(a) the lack of warehousing facilities ... I am aware there is a new vendor who can arrange a transportation service to bring the karts up and down for a fee. I was hoping for a more pemanent structure especially as we have 3-4 karts that we would like to switch around and work on.

(b) easy access to replacement parts (i.e. sprockets, tires, etc) as there isnt a repair facility at the track and you will encounter part failure or just want to purchase parts once in awhile.

(c) when I visited the track I was surprised to find motocross riders riding across the kart track and between the mud obstacle course features. What I recalled was the mud on the kart circuit as well as the lack of tire barriers between the fences and drains in the event of crashes.

It would be great if there were solutions to these points.
