Hello

I want you to introduce software for kart drivers. Kart Tuning Keeper is a specialized application for keeping and analyzing tunings for racing karts. It will be useful for kart drivers during trainings and races. The main functions of software are:
- keeping kart tunings and results
- displaying kart tunings and results in clear form
- filtering saved tunings and results
- navigating from result record to saved tuning
- analyzing saved tunings and results using set of diagrams
- printing training card for remote using

kart.software,

I have not read your manual but I was just wondering how would one record the lap times and max rpm? I do hope this software allows data import from most data loggers ie. Alfano, Unipro, AIM...as manually typing in the data is no fun.....

nice looking software but I am really not sure karters here are so methodical in their records altho they should!
Why have 300hp when you cannot handle a kart's 30hp?

1. The result record contains params: lap time, rpm, speed, temperature. It is the main index of every data logger for one lap.
2. This version doesn't have functionality for importing data from data loggers. It is one of the features for future release. The datas are typing by hands.

Unipro has a set up sheet as part of the lap data and AIM is supposed to be working on one. Unless the data is downloadable typing by hand becomes tedious.

Some annoyances I can see from the screen shot:

There should be more customization. This is why an excel sheet is still one of the best ways to keep setup data.

For example the eccentrics - it looks like there are only a few options - for where it is on the top and bottom. How about if you want to record which eccentrics you are using? 1 degree, 2 degree, 0.5 degree, wet eccentrics?

For the torsion bars - what if you have 2-3 different front torsion bars, how do you record that? How about the rear one - is it flat, horizontal?

Too much information has to be typed into the "desc".

Pressures: hot and cold should be possible to input.

Tyres: tyre wear level and age doesn't seem to be an input.

Yes you are right. The current version of software is not ideal. And it doesn't keep some extra parameters. If there is interest in my project I will release new features in next versions.
Thanks.
