hey i have a questions i have into karting for almost about a year and a half i joined the kart clinic in city kart racing in the philippines cause im from the philippines hehe.my dad had given me a pcr kart but its second hand its okay cause im just starting but then i want to go to carmona and try the track and the kart but then iwant to have my own trainer who will train me whenever im on the track like a personal trainer.and how much would that cost.and a trainer who's going to enter me into a competition.and going to teach everything about karting.

You could try Tuason for private kart training at Carmona. Don't know if they are good or not but they seem to have a fair bit of experience at least. www.tuasonracing.com

it would help if you go on a race day as active drivers/teams will be there

i know it will be a bit hectic but you would probably see the performance of drivers/teams and start form there on how and when you would like to approach them

karting_addict, just go to carmona. almost everybody would help you and answer your questions. drive around first. checkout the track and your kart muna.
don't hurry. the manager, ruel, can recommend a mechanic to start you out. but as always, there will be people who would want to take advantage of your "ignorance" as a first-timer and will try to sell you anything from training you, to engines, parts, etc. ask around the paddocks. ask the karters themselves. ask the kid karters, you'll get the most honest answers from them. see you in carmona!
