Just changed from a ROK to a Rotax...somehow or rather, I feel that Rotax packs a bit more punch if compared to the ROK...but difficult to gauge...as both engines are second hands (includes my kart as well) and I virtually have no idea of both engine's history...but i guess to learn something new, must be prepared to pay...but i'm much happier with the Rotax now...can't wait for my next practice!

Cheers!

i've been using a Rotax Max Senior engine for some time, and tested the Rok senior engine as well, i still feel the max has a more impressive top end than the Rok. Perhaps its the power valve. The Rok has a smoother power delivery though. haha. but i like the sound of the Rok more than the max though :P Seems like the max is more popular in the Asian region?

hhmmm...didn't really notice the sound difference...i'll try to the next time i practice...yyeah....according to mikko, there's no ROK series in this region...which then only leaves you 1 choice...max...i went and see the RMC in elite USJ yesterday...lot's of action...hope to participate! fingers crossed!

cheers
