Just changed from a ROK to a Rotax...somehow or rather, I feel that Rotax packs a bit more punch if compared to the ROK...but difficult to gauge...as both engines are second hands (includes my kart as well) and I virtually have no idea of both engine's history...but i guess to learn something new, must be prepared to pay...but i'm much happier with the Rotax now...can't wait for my next practice!
Cheers!

i've been using a Rotax Max Senior engine for some time, and tested the Rok senior engine as well, i still feel the max has a more impressive top end than the Rok. Perhaps its the power valve. The Rok has a smoother power delivery though. haha. but i like the sound of the Rok more than the max though

Seems like the max is more popular in the Asian region?

hhmmm...didn't really notice the sound difference...i'll try to the next time i practice...yyeah....according to mikko, there's no ROK series in this region...which then only leaves you 1 choice...max...i went and see the RMC in elite USJ yesterday...lot's of action...hope to participate! fingers crossed!
cheers
