you have eny Nice tricks on how to deal with a Rotax max Junior kart, Cous i can't get eny help Here In Denmark.
so now i'll try to ask in asia... :D

Hmm... i know it's a very big question - but how do you get most out of your rotax max, what should i do? - What can i possible do, i wanna cut down the last ½ of an secent - and it ain't my fault, it's simply cous i can't make the engine work well...

so if u got eny tricks that u Might be able to tell, please tell my- you are my last chance to get that litle step closer to victory.

The thing is there aren't really any tricks with the Rotax. :wink: It's a stock-standard series so you can't do much to the engine.

With the engine you can only really play around with the squish (within the allowed range) and get your crank balanced. Other than that you can't do anything to the engine.

It's just down to learning jetting - the theory which you can read in the rotax manual for example - and keeping everything clean.

Learn how to keep the carb and everything else (such as the power valve) clean, and learn how to find the correct gearing for a track. Change things such as the exhaust mat every 10-15 hours.

The Rotax manual actually has a lot of very useful information if you go through it in detail. :D

But i can't find so much helpfull information on the rotax.. what about the Air flow screw what should it be on ?? i have heard that it should be losen 3 halv laps. ? Or how is it...

And on witch pages should i look at the rotax manual, i'm having it in my hand right now :D ... - On witch page is there usfull information about the carburator, i can't find enything.
