I would like to enroll an 8 year old kid in karting. I would like to know the following information:

1. What are the rates at speed zone?
2. Do they rent all the things you need for karting?
3. If your going to buy your own kart, can you park it there and leave it.

if you're serious about it, the best place to go is carmona. check out the teams. R2R runs a cadet workshop every now and then. look for chito benito. birel has a team managed by martin alvendia. jp carino also runs one. as well as elson carpio of jet racing. best to buy a 2nd hand kart first, so in case your kid doesn't share your passion for racing, it doesn't hurt much in the pockets. but i'm warning you, karting is addicting! the best way to bond with your kid. the father would enjoy more than the son, guaranteed!
