I'll try to get the forum to automatically downsize the avatar to the required size - 25kb is a bit much for 100*100 pictures. The goal is to have pages load as fast as possible so it's better to load 10*10kb avatars than 10*25kb.

still having problems, pass me the picture you want and i resize it to 100x100 and keep it under 15kb.
