if anyone sponsors me - I will drive their chassis/package! ( & make the very best of it - performance and results-wise! )

i think Mikko shares the same principle.......
Why have 300hp when you cannot handle a kart's 30hp?

The Intrepid is good  .... KRS Motorsport is now the Malaysian importer for Intrepid.

Compared to the Swiss Hutless Magic the Intrepid provides much better front-end feedback - the rear wheel lifts a lot easier on turn-in - makes putting the kart where you want it that much easier. I haven't tried the new top-SH models such as the Toxic though to compare.

Anyone in Malaysia that wants a test drive in an intrepid let me know - not possible right away as all the karts are going to India for AMC - but after that there will be some available for test drives as well as a bunch of new karts for purchase ;).

SHAP handles swiss hutless karts and KRS Motorsports handles Intrepid and KnK. SHAP and KRS operate from inside the same office.

To further comment on Mikko's, KRS Motorsports was set up to handle the Intrepid, KnK as well as other products. This is so as to not mix with what SHAP is now doing for Swiss Hutless karts. Both company uses the same premises since they have the same owner.

However, in the team it is divided into two sections. One team looks after SH and the other looks after Intrepid. There is a friendly rivalry between the two teams to get the better of each other.

With Ray Kong opting out of SHAP to look after his own business venture in Sepang, the choice of running the company fell back to me. This is not be choice but by force. I do hope Ray will eventually market SH karts in Sepang. I wish him all the best in his new venture.
