I suppose the topic has probably been bought up before, but I was wondering how many karters would be interested in a street race and what would be involved to organise. It does not have to be a round of a series but more a demonstration to the public of karting in Malaysia. I know many years ago there was a promotion dont the week before the malaysian grand prix with a track set up in bukit bintang with rental karts as i had a drive and it certainly had alot of interest from the public, but unfortunately that was the last time. I am sure it can be organised and many karters would be interested and karting would benefit.
Any comments fellow karters.

a street race....thats cool.....racing on the streets would sure make a good calling to the public.....and the drivers would sure perform very well cause you might not know who else is watching....
