No Long Hair While Karting! Scalp can come off!

Just a reminder to any long-haired karters:
CNN Video - talking to a woman that had her scalp turn off on a fun-kart

I've read of incidents like that one before - even just being pushed around in a kart at walking pace in the pits can result in scalp-off moments.

If you have long hair make damn sure it's not sticking out. :shock:

Yea. people with long hair shouldn't be on a kart in the 1st place anyway. :evil:

used to sport a long hair at the start of the season
come second race i had my hair cut and some of the guys in my class who didnt recognize me were asking their mechanics "who is that guy?"
WHY?... cause i was ahead of them in qualifying... helped in shaving off my lap times... :lol:

lol works in many ways then.. confuses the opposition, makes you faster, saves your scalp... and keeps your fans away.

RocK I'll be sporting a fairly short hair-do at the Asia Max in Kota Bharu if I could just find my trimmer. :twisted:

Good idea - it is usually extremely hot in Kota Bharu in April.
