what is the value of D?
Why have 300hp when you cannot handle a kart's 30hp?

Finally dragged out my secondary school maths and my calculator to figure it out, based on Imran's "Best Speed" [90.000 mph] and lap time [49.880 sec].

"90.000" is the weird American way of expressing best lap in terms of average speed instead of elapsed time. But the figure should be metric i.e. kph, not mph.

Here goes: It took 49.880 sec to go 1.247 km, so 1 km would take 40.000 sec. Thus in 1 hour the average speed is 90.000 kph...
