Good thing you're in makati, kilton is just right behind MACRO at the end of the South Super Highway.

I'm just a noob racer. hehe. I'm just karting for about 1 and a half years and I don't kart regulary because I'm just a student and have no funds. :(. Actually, I just kart when there are interschool events or if the entry fees are cheap.

Anyway, if you want to race there are regular races held in citykart i think. You can contact them at 821-7087.
