Then you roll up a new packing and put it around the baffle and back in the exhaust. You'll need 3 sets of nuts+bolts to replace the rivets you drilled out

Good to replace about every 10 hours of engine run time. If you have 25 hours on the same one there is a bit of a performance drop imo.
