If you exhaust packing has never been changed you probably have to drill out the 3 rivets at the end of the exhaust, and then pull out the baffle.

Then you have to get the old packing out - if it's really old it will be tricky.

Then you roll up a new packing and put it around the baffle and back in the exhaust. You'll need 3 sets of nuts+bolts to replace the rivets you drilled out ;).

Good to replace about every 10 hours of engine run time. If you have 25 hours on the same one there is a bit of a performance drop imo.

Thanks mikko..its will also make the exhaust sound better I guess. :P
