I'm a bit confused as to what part exactly you're talking about? Perhaps find the part in the spare parts list here?

hmm let me ask u this. can u see above ur engine, theres a gold MOTOR to START THE ENGINE right? so the oval-spring was inside of it. check it!

Are there two of them in the starter?

If there are then the part is probably what I think it is and you should buy the starter repair kit, or part number 281261 which includes:
CONTENTS: 2 X SCREW M3X8
2 X COMPRESSION SPRING
1 X CARBON BRUSH LEFT
1 X CARBON BRUSH RIGHT
1 X BALL BEARING
