You need the cylinder (not the cylinder head), and the power/exhaust valve stuff.

Not sure how much that all costs, but you could probably trade-in the Junior cylinder to save a bit.

To upgrade from junior max to senior max you will need to replace -

1. The cylinder - RM1922
2. You need to buy the complete unit of the power valve - RM609
3. Complete gasket set - RM187

Rotax recommends that you also replace the piston, piston pin, circlip also. You will need at least RM2718 initially excluding piston etc for the conversion. Depending on the age of your engine, you have to decide if it is worthwhile to upgrade or buy a brand new P7 senior engine.

My recommendations would be to buy a new engine and sell off your junior engine to any newcomers. It will be more money wise this way.
