The FIA announced on Wednesday afternoon that it had received new evidence relating to the spy scandel between the McLaren and Ferrari F1 team. The appeal hearing scheduled by the World Motor Sport Council is scheduled in Paris on September 13th.

The FIA statement furthermore mentioned that it invited representatives of Vodafone McLaren Mercedes to attend the hearing.

If u look closely at the plasma TV, you can see Ron Dennis reading the Ferrari papers. 8)
