It's been ages since I last tried them and I hardly used 'em....
The first batch of the MRFs were really hard but the current model is actually fairly good and performs consistently as well.
If I recall correctly you don't have to change your setup too much, maybe just give the front end a bit more bite and free up the rear a bit on corner exits.
Also measure the rear tyre circumference to see if you need a gearing change compared to the tyres you usually run.
Pressures around 8-12psi cold unless I remember wrong. 12psi might be a bit high actually.
Don't know about the wets other than make sure you have the newer softer compound ones - Ross Phillip in Cadets got an old set at a race this year and only figured it out at the end of the meeting... they're a good 2 or maybe even 5+ seconds per lap slower than the newer wets in slightly wet conditions.
