This is the provisional calendar for the 2008 Rotax Mojo Asia Challenge:
Code:
Rd   Date          Venue
1   5-6 April      Kota Bahru, Malaysia
2   3-4 May        Pattaya, Thailand

Good to see Thailand on the Calendar!

I'm guessing it would have to be the great looking Bira Kart track = http://www.birakart.com.

It's about 10-15km from Pattaya.

Grid size at this years Rotax Max Senior and Junior(in brackets)

Malaysia KB = 20 (21)
India = 13 (15)
Indonesia = 16 (20)
Malaysia Sepang next weekend = ???? probably about 20 and 20

I think having Thailand in will be really good for numbers - I'd expect at least about 2-4 drivers from Thailand in both Senior and Junior will do all 4 rounds. Hopefully we'll see grids approaching or even exceeding 30 drivers. :lol:

It's really good racing - definitely a safe bet to race because you're pretty much guaranteed there won't be grids under 10 drivers in Junior or Senior Max.

oh yeah the Senior numbers do not include masters drivers.

In KB we had 11 masters, 8 in Indonesia. None of us went to India.

i'm sorry...but i think i didn't say its in Bandung.fyi , Sentul is located in West Java.since Jakarta and Bandung have no permanent circuit , so sometimes if Jakarta turns to held the race , we use Sentul circuit.same thing with Bandung.

Thanks for the geography lesson! I got confused between DKI and West Java.

We'll be here for AMC Indonesia and hope to see you in AMC Malaysia.
