Most karts come standard with these now:


They're mainly designed to protect the brake disc.

I haven't seen the kind you've posted, but I'm sure they could be made locally.

I know some of the softer karts could use them - especially when coupled with a heavy driver and/or a bumpy track. Would extend the life and resale value of the frame.
