Aditya has had some trouble with seizing a rotax in the mornings lately... Kamlesh posted about it in the Rotax Challenge thread in the India Forum...

Mikko, you rightly added "rare in a rotax". We have NEVER seized an engine in the past 5 years.
This year in round 1 Aditya was fastest. Engine ran 75 laps one day, and seized in the first 8 laps next morning.
Round 3 ,Fastest on wewdnesday. Engine ran 75 laps, no probs.
Next morning , seized on lap5.
Fitted another , engine, fastest again, by 4tenths.
Prefinal, engine seized on lap 4, after running and winning heat 1 and 2.the previous day.
For the final, put in an old engine, and ran.moved up from last to second, in spite of a few roadblocks1.
I guess if we had left that one at the track, it may have seized the next day. Savvy?
Do Rotax engines catch a chill?Maybe we should take them away from the track and keep them in a hotbox, sealed, for the night!
Well, can you throw some light on this seizing next morning phenomenen?
Anyone got any ideas what might be going on?
Also Kamlesh can you tell us a bit more, mainly does Aditya warm up the engine for a while in the first morning session? I always do 3-5 laps warm-up on the first sessions of a day.
Also what kind of ambient temperatures has this happened at - and how cold does it get during the night where the kart is stored?
Finally when it seized in the pre-final wasn't there a free practice session earlier in the morning?
