Hi,
I have big problem with ebox for mychron 4.
I bought used ebox, connect to mychron 4 and mychron not detect ebox. If I connect data key to ebox for upgrade firmware, mychron looks as he want upgrade FW, but after moment he show message: ERROR 1322 TRY AGAIN.
I tried "downgrade" FW in mychron, but mychron show on display: nn MESSAGE .
We have 2 ebox now, my older ebox works very good.

Know anybody where is problem?

Can you give me your FW version in your M4? Have you tried to update your M4 to the latest version without the E--Box connected? Its 31.57. Try that and then connect the E-Box and try again. Be sure that both M4 and E-Box have new batteries.
