The Indonesian National championship kicked off in Sentul last weekend, with Mohammad Afiq taking victory in the Seniors and Kevin Susilo victorious in the Formula Junior category. Senna SN won the Rotax Junior category.

Casey Stoner took 1st place with a penultimate lap overtaking move on Felippe Massa in an ice-karting race. Luca Badoer and Felippe's younger brother also raced, as did Nicky Hayden and Ducati test rider Vittoriano Guareschi.
